Job responsibilities:

1. To formulate and improve the relevant regulations for the maintenance and improvement of the overall process of the workshop;

2. Validate the process changes caused by quality improvement, production rhythm change and production layout adjustment according to relevant systems, and change the application documents in order to realize the suitability and validity of the process.

3. Suggestions on improving process flow, production equipment and production environment are put forward.

4. Organize workshop site improvement, reduce waste, improve efficiency and reduce internal losses;

5. Be responsible for the management of workshop process documents, guide and supervise workshop process discipline to ensure consistency of process execution.

6. Collect quality data, analyze defective products, monitor quality trends, solve quality problems, continuously improve the site, and ensure product process capability.

Education:

Bachelor degree or above

Major:

Major in Automobile, Machinery, Electricity and Materials

Working experience and other requirements:

1. Be able to react to and dispose of abnormalities on the production site in a timely manner (measurement criteria: timeliness evaluation);

2. Proficiency in quality tools and methods such as 8D (measurement criteria: effectiveness evaluation of work guidance);
